As your learning strategy partner, I am in close contact with you through every step of the process. Every project begins with a discovery call focused on your business needs. Together, we will look at the situation and desired outcomes, using a variety of lenses to focus on the best solutions. Some of the questions we will explore include:

  • What metric needs to change? How have you been measuring that?
  • What is the root cause of this situation?
  • What is already being done internally to move the dial? What has been done in the past?
  • What challenges and roadblocks are getting in the way?

While I build the solution, I remain in close contact with your team and deliver prototypes to ensure you are happy with the final version.
